The property consists of a full one bedroom totally refurbished. As soon as you get in you have a large wardrobe in the corridor and the bedroom on the left. As it is in the back of the unit it is very quiet. This is fitted with two single beds and a large wardrobe as well. The bathroom, totally refurbished, has a walk in shower. The lounge area includes the kitchen fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and toaster as well as oven and extractor. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools and on the terrace another table with 4 plastic chairs. Inside there are two double bed settees of 140cm wide, allowing one or two children to sleep on each very easily; or a couple as well. TV and DVD in the lounge, and Cd player. From the terrace you have direct access to the pool and is very sunny all day long. It is very close to Reception and main entrances of the complex. Safety box fitted in the apartment.

This recently acquired property, is situated on a large complex located in the exclusive area of Torviscas in between Torviscas and Fanabe beach in South Tenerife. Situated just a 5 minutes walk from the Torviscas Playa beach and only 5 minutes from the new market in front of C.C. El Duque. On site facilities include, restaurants, family show bar with live football and nightly entertainment. There are 3 large pools and a children's splash pool. The pool bars will keep you supplied with drinks and snacks, there are sunbeds available under payment around the pool. The complex also have tennis court. The night life of Veronicas is a 10 minute taxi drive away, which makes this an ideal complex for all the family. This Complex is situated at only 10 minutes by car to the South Airport, Reina Sofia.
