3 bedroom town house, sleeps upto 8. Close to beach.

This newly built town house is set in a lovely quiet conservation area at El Mojon del Pinatar and is reputed to be one of the healthiest places in the world. It is close to lovely sandy beaches and not far from three major golf courses.

The accommodation is fully furnished and comprises of lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, including fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There are three twin bedrooms and a double bed/settee in the lounge area. There are two well appointed bath/shower rooms. There is an air conditioner/heater unit in the lounge and all main rooms have ceiling fans. All linen is included except beach towels. To the rear is an enclosed courtyard with patio furniture and an outside shower. To the front is a patio with room for off road parking. The lovely sandy beach is just five minutes walk away where there are several shops, bars and restaurants. Just over a mile away at San Pedro del Pinatar and Pilar de la Horadada you will find plenty of shops, banks, restaurants and a fishing harbour. A little further south is La Manga, famous for sporting activities and mud baths.

Just a short drive north are three major golf courses, Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.

To the north of these is the large town of Torrevieja, where, for an exciting night life there are bars, clubs, disco's and restaurants to suit all tastes, making this the ideal holiday destination for families and golfers alike. It is also ideally suited for disabled people as there is just two steps into the house and a bedroom and shower room downstairs. Street markets are in surrounding towns almost daily. The developement has several pretty areas of parks and gardens and is not overcrowded. The lovely communal pool with safe childrens area is just 50 mtrs from the house.

If more than 8 people are staying, there is a surcharge of 50 euros per person per week.

Any damages or losses must be replaced with similar.

One again we have had a lovely time in your house. The beach is everything we want and the pool is lovely. We love the fact that it's only a short walk to the beach. The mud bathing at Lo pogan is great. See you next year

Real home from home....with the sun added for free

Jill and John's house was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for our annual 2 week family pilgrimage to the sun. With the beautiful beach only a couple of minutes walk away and four or five restaurant/bars ( with free wifi ) also close by it was perfect for us. No madding crowds, but with enough to keep a teenager and two younger kids happy we were delighted. We had the communal pool to ourselves almost every evening too. We hired a car for the two weeks and managed to see a bit of the surrounding area, with the beach at Santiago de la Ribera a particular favourite.
Jill/John had just returned from Spain before we booked, making sure everything was in order for the season and were fantastic to deal with. We're very happy to recommend Casa Septiembre to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday base with enough to keep the kids occupied.

Night life is abundant in the nearby towns of Pilar da la Horadada and San Pedro del Pinitar. There are many beautiful towns and villages to visit as well as beaches and marinas. Markets nearby on most days.
