Fantastic new holiday apartment set in beautiful gardens adjacent to Santa Maria Golf club in Elviria. Choice of 5 swimming pools, close to beach, amenities and town centre. Quiet & tranquil location. Perfect base for golfing holidays, sight seeing, sun, sand, sangria and more! Comfortable, stylish & attractive furnishings throughout. All guests have complimented us about the apartment and several have stayed more than once. The apartment is ground floor and south-facing in Bloque 14 with a view overlooking the pool with the waterfall from the terrace.

Choice of 2 supermarkets, various shops, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Major undercover shopping malls near Marbella Centre & Fuengirola. Taxi rank and buses - 5 minutes walk away. Marbella with many shops, bars and night clubs - 10 minutes drive. Tourist villages and regions Nerja and Ronda are close by and Cordoba, Seville, Granada, Jerez between 2 & 3 hours. Gokarting just 5 minutes drive away at Funny Beach - just pay, ride and enjoy.

Tastefully furnished with marble floors and a terracota tiled terrace overlooking gardens & swimming pool drenched in sunshine all day long. Double bed in master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Two singles in 2nd bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The apartment can sleep up to 6 with Sofa-bed in lounge. Fully fitted kitchen with dish washer and giant fridge freezer to store food and essential drink supplies. Separate utility room with washing machine. Media centre TV, DVD, Video, Radio and CD. Gated underground secure parking. Five large swimming pools on the complex set in extensive and beautiful gardens. Quality accomodation in a sought after complex close to Marbella centre. Seven additional golf courses within 15 minutes drive with many more situated an easy drive away.
