Villa Mimosa is a self-catering apartment with its own private pool which is exclusively for your use. With only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Orba, bars, restaurants & a supermarket are easy to reach, yet its location is quiet and countrified with views to the mountains and sea. Orange groves lie just below it, providing a good place for walks and cycle rides. The private pool is for the exclusive use of our guests. The local area has a safari park, caves you can explore, go kart racing and horse riding as well as the largest shopping centre on the Costa Blanca a 10 minute drive away, with bowling & a 6 screen cinema (English headphones available.) We offer air con, an open fire and radiators, DVD and CD players, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, oven, iron and ironing board. There is a SKY box where you can use your own card. There are night lights in the top pool and a BBQ. There is an enclosed balcony with a sofa bed so the apartment has sleeping space for 7.

Orba is a 15 minute drive from the beaches near Ondara, El Poblets and Oliva. Previous guests have been amazed at the quality and lack of crowds, even in August. In 15 to 20 min you can also drive to two different go kart centres, horse riding, El Verger Safari park, Benidoleig caves, mountain walks and orange groves (5min walk away) which are flat and safe for children to walk or cycle in. Tennis courts are also a walk away. The area is full of orange and olive trees which make it green throughout the year. Almond blossom adds its own bright colours in February. We are also close to The Sierra de Bernia (1,100 metres), Sierra del Ferrier (900 metres) and the Coll de Rates, a local beauty spot. The Vall de Laguar is our local mountain which boasts golden eagles and wild boar is on the local restaurant's menu! There are also plenty of local fiestas which you can enjoy and local markets which sell a wide variety of items. The local people are generally friendly and welcoming.

  • We require a deposit of £100 for each week booked for most holidays. The balance must be paid in full 9 weeks before departure. No reminders are sent and you put your holiday at risk should you fail to pay. If you are a large party and wish to rent the downstairs apartment as well as the upstairs apartment, please enquire, stating ages of children and number of adults. Thanks.

This was our first ever holiday abroad and well done too us for finding Villa Mimosa , we had a fantastic time we were made so welcome by the owners , it really did feel like home , the views were amazing even at night , getting up in the morning to wonderful sunshine walking into Orba village for fresh warm bread and sitting on the veranda having breakfast looking out onto the orange groves and then looking further onto the mountains just so relaxing , we drove up into the mountains one day , safari park the next then it was ten pin bowling at the all new shopping mall , the beach at Denia we also visited the Benidoleig Caves just a five minute drive from the villa , finding places to go could'nt have been easier as we had our own human sat navs ( you know you are ) who advised us of interesting places to visit and drew detailed maps which were faultless . We were only there for seven nights and it was nowhere long enough to take in everything that this area has to offer but having said that it would have been just as enjoyable staying at the villa with its stunning views and its gorgeous private pool , we cant praise our holiday at Villa Mimosa enough 10/10

Villa Mimosa is a great location for a get away from it all holiday. The area is beautiful. The villa itself is very well equipped, well maintained and comfortable with all sorts of extra thoughtful additions to make your stay enjoyable. Unless you intend to stay totally local and either walk or laze around the pool you do need a car. There are plenty of good restaurants etc. and prices are very reasonable.

The owners are delightful and really go the extra mile to ensure you have a great holiday. Very good information and travel directions were sent ahead of the holiday.

I would definitely recommend staying at Villa Mimosa to family and friends, and go back myself.

A wonderful time at Mimosa Villa

We have been to to this villa two years running and the experience just gets better and better. Ideally situated with the most panoramic views over the orange groves and the mountains in the distance.Orba Village was ideally situated within walking distance. The village, typical of a traditional spanish, boasts all the amenities necessary to make our stay comfortable. Restaurants were good value and enlish was widely spoken
The villa was brilliant. - Very clean and well maintained - all the appliances worked and the owners couldn't do enough to make our stay a comfotable and memorable one. We certainly will consider returning at some future point in time
