A three bedroom, two bathroom, south facing Mediterranean style town house next to a pool, which can sleep up to eight people. Situated above the Ninth fairway of Alhaurín Golf with fantastic views over the Sierra De Mijas. The neighbourhood is 340m above sea level in front of a Natural Park. The property is situated approximately 300m from the clubhouse and shop, 200m from the first Tee and next to the cut through between the first nine and the back nine. Just to the side of the property some 10m away is the communal swimming pool. To the rear of the property is a terrace and private garden some 62m² which over looks the ninth fairway, to the front is a parking space and a small terrace approx’ 16m².

Alhaurin el Grande is just 4km (2.4 miles) away Alhaurin Golf. Here you can find supermarkets, butchers, shops and banks with cash point machines. On Thursdays there is a Municipal market by the Guardia Civil in the town centre selling food, flowers, plants, clothes, fresh fruit and veg etc. Fuengirola is 16km (9.6 miles) from Alhaurin Golf. It is most famous for its five miles of sandy beaches. Its seafront has recently been updated with a wider promenade with plenty of palm trees, interspersed with colourful flowerbeds and additional seating. The Sierra Nevada’s are around 190km (117 miles) from Alhaurin Golf and takes about 2 hours 30mins to get there. Sierra Nevada is Europe's most southern ski resort. The resort is located 32 km from the centre of Granada. The ski season normally lasts from the beginning of December until the end of May

    A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure date, plus a £150 Breakages deposit. The Breakages deposit will be refunded one week after your return date, provided no damage/breakages have been reported.
  • Linen changed once a week. Maid service and extra linen changes are available at extra cost Baby sitting and a personal chef service also available at an extra cost

Golf Information : Alhaurin Golf has 3 golf courses: An 18 hole par 72, a 9-hole par 3 and an 18-hole course for kids, which is unique for Spain. It also has a golf school, practice course 400m long & 100m wide with a chipping and putting green. The clubhouse is situated between the tracks of the golf course with beautiful views of the holes around the Sierra de Mijas. The main course has a track which designed by Seve Ballesteros it is adapted to the mountainous shape of the ground around he also designed 12 of the 18 holes on the course which makes this a challenging course. Alhaurín Golf is in the so-called Costa del Golf, with more than 40 courses in the area. This is an ideal place to practice all year round thanks to the microclimate of the Costa del Sol, which boasts 320 sunny days a year.

Artificial snow machines now mean that the resort can open for skiing even when there is no natural snow. Andalusia has a very high proportion of sunny days even in the winter and usually it is possible to ski with beautiful blue skies and warm temperatures. It is possible to ski in the morning and sunbathe at the beach in the afternoon on the same day.The highest summit of the Sierra Nevada range is Mulhacén at 3,481 metres, the highest ski lift and piste goes to just below Veleta which is at 3,398 metres. You can buy a lift pass from the ticket office in Pradollano for around 35 € for a one day pass. There is a large under ground car park at Pradollano which costs around 12 € a day
