Bay Watch Villa is a new 5 bedroom beach front home in Runaway Bay on Jamaica's beautiful North Coast. This charming villa has a large living room and dining area that open up onto a covered veranda, perfect for dining or lounging overlooking the beautiful sandy Runaway Bay Beach.

The five bedrooms, five baths are located in the 3 bedroom main house and the breezeway attached annex. All are air conditioned with ceiling fans.

Main House Bedroom configuration:
-Bedroom 1 King bed with full bath and shower.
-Bedroom 2 Queen bed with full bath and shower.
-Bedroom 3 King bed with full bath and shower.

A two bedroom Annex is directly across the paved terrace. The annex can accommodate up to 5 additional guests in two bedrooms and a loft. The two bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.

Annex Bedroom configuration:
-Bedroom 1 Double bed with full bath and shower.
-Bedroom 2 Double bed with full bath and shower, plus a 2 person loft.

Bay Watch's enviable location on 100 feet of Runaway Bay Beach is also within 5 beach-walking minutes of Breezes hotel. The Breezes Championship Golf Course is one minute away by car.

Bay Watch now has a new swimming pool with comfortable lounge chairs directly off the side veranda. An attached kiddie pool is perfect for small children.

The villa is fully staffed with cook, housekeeper, gardener.
