A lovely 3 bedroom very tastefully furnished detached villa with large private south facing pool, sleeping 8 persons.
Large south facing terrace stretching the length of the villa overlooking the pool area, and the Sierra Espuna mountain range from the side. All bedrooms air conditioned. There are two double bedrooms, both with ikea beds and comfy quality mattresses. The 3rd bedroom is a family triple bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. There is a single foldaway bed that is suitable for children, and can fit into the 2nd bedroom or lounge for the 8th person.
The garden is secure and enclosed with high walls, making this ideal for families with children as well as giving you extra privacy. The large private pool and spacious patio around the pool (large enough for 20 sun loungers)! along with the large south facing terrace are the real selling point for this villa. We have 6 sun loungers (two with canopies),and two solid acacia wooden tables and seating for 8 on the terrace. There is a shaded area (with bamboo) on the terrace making it ideal for outside dining.
In situ on Camposol Golf Complex, with many on site facilities, including a large supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, breads and pastries, wines, cheeses. And just 10 minutes drive from the little town of Mazarron and the beautiful beaches a further 5 minutes away.
Alicante airport - 1 hour 15 minutes.

Golf club house, restaurant & bar - 20 minutes walk.
Murcia (San Javier) 50 mins.

WIFI broadband Internet is available at an extra charge of £15 per week, and must be booked in advance, as we have to call to ensure it is switched on for that week.
The lounging area has seating for 8 persons in two 3 seater sofas, armchair and poof. There is a 32 inch flat screen led TV with a few English channels and a DVD player.
There is inside Dining with table and 6 chairs.
The large private pool with roman steps into the shallow end, leading to a deep end (approx 2 metres deep), along with the large terrace and spacious patio make this ideal for two familes.
Built in oven and gas hob, stainless steel cooking utensils, plates and crockery for 8 persons, iron and ironing board. Bathroom with: Bath and shower, heating, towels and hairdryer. All linen and towels are included (except beach towels). A further ensuite shower room.
The complex itself includes international golf and club house with occasional evening entertainments. Shops and restaurants including, Chinese, Indian, Spanish and Asian Wok...2 supermarkets. Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall. A car is recommended for this stay. It is possible to catch the train from Totana (10 minutes drive) to the city of Murcia which takes around 20 minutes and approx.
Great shopping and an abundance of tapas bars, designer outlets.
The golf club house and Spa Hotel, are just 20 minutes walk (just over a mile) and host evening entertainment twice weekly usually (during the summer, but no guarantees). For example, some of the entertainment during July and August 2011 are tribute bands of ' Showaddywaddy, Hot Chocolate, Queen, The Bee Gees, Rod Stewart, Beach Boys and Abba..
The local town council now provide public transport (a small train) that goes around Camposol resort (approx hourly from morning til late evening during the summer) for 3 euros return, 2011 prices!
