Additional information about rental rates

  • RESERVATION/SECURITY DEPOSIT:
    Upon confirmation of your booking, we require a reservation deposit of £150 Sterling or 225 Euros to cover cancellations, breakages or damage to the property, fixtures & fittings. Please note the booking shall not be confirmed until we have received the reservation payment in cleared funds. This shall be refunded after a post inspection visit has been completed and your deposit shall be refunded 7 to 10 working days after your departure.
    PAYMENT FOR HOLIDAY:
    Full payment for your accommodation will be due no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. For last minute bookings (under 8 weeks notice) full payment will be required immediately together with the reservation deposit. The methods of payment we accept are cheque, debit card and bank transfer.
  • ARRIVAL:
    The property shall be available from 3pm on date of arrival. If your arrival is earlier, if you let us know in advance we shall endeavour to accommodate you before this time. Please note that for arrivals later than 21.00 hrs an extra charge of £20 shall be made to cover the external management company key handover. Properties should be vacated by 12 Noon on the day of departure.
    EXTRAS: Welcome packs are available and prices are upon request.
    FURTHER ACCOMMODATION & LONG STAY: As we have two apartments within close proximity and can therefore accommodate a total of up to 8 guests the rates would be negotiable at the owners discretion. We will also consider a discounted rate for stays of two weeks or more. Please ask for details.
    PROPERTY CLEANING: Kindly note for your convenience the property shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client where an end clean charge of 65 EURO/£45GBP is payable locally on arrival. Jun-Aug Air con chg £25 Per Wk.
  • IDENTITY & NUMBER OF GUESTS: The client shall inform us of the number of guests included within the booking. Unless otherwise agreed by us, only the persons indicated on the booking shall be authorized to use the property. The number of persons within the property may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each property. In the event of infringement of the aforementioned we at our sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the property and no compensation claim shall be valid.
    BEHAVIOUR: The client reserving the property shall be liable for the decent and correct behaviour of the persons on the booking, should any guest behave in an unsuitable or irresponsible way they shall be asked together with the other members of their party to vacate the premises without any entitlement to compensation.
    LIABILITIES: We the owners of the property shall not be responsible/liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise to guests at the property.
