Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Miles
Situated in the upmarket beachside suburb of Ocean Reef it is close to both Whitfords and Joondalup shopping centres. Joondalup offers a varied range of restaurants and eateries and there are cinema complexes in both Joondalup and nearby Whitfords. The property is in close proximity to Mullaloo beach, one of Perth's best beaches and just a short drive from Hillary Harbour. Ocean Reef is an easy 20 minute drive along the freeway to Perth City and about 30/35 minutes away from Fremantle. It is serviced by bus routes to either Joondalup or Wanneroo and Perth and there is a train service from Joondalup to Perth. Conveniently located close to both Carramar and Joondalup Golf Courses, close to Joondalup Arena Sports Complex and a short drive to both Yanchep National Park (see the kangaroos and koalas) to the North and Hillarys Marina and Boat Harbour to the South.
