Situated close to the beautiful bastide village of Fources and only 5 minutes away from 2 other of France's officially listed prettiest villages(Montreal and Larresingle) Le Petit Rouchino is located at the end of it's own private drive. Secluded but with great views of the picturesque village of Larroque (a few minutes walk away)and the rolling Gers countryside. It is impossible to underestimate the location the property enjoys being ideally situated within the so-called 'Golden Triangle' of Montreal, Fources and the cathedral town of Condom.

Le Petit Rouchino is situated just a 10 minute walk from the hamlet of Larroque and a two minute walk from a communal tennis court to which guests have access. Located within the 'Golden Triangle' that spans the bastide towns of Montreal & Fources & the cathedral town of Condom. Fources, reputedly among the prettiest villages in France is just a 5 minute drive away with a small shop, auberge & first class chateau/hotel restaurant. The closest 3 towns (all within a 10 minute drive) boast great local markets and being in the heart of the Gers the area abounds with many wonderful restaurants and a variety of gastronomic delights.

The room leads out through 2 huge French windows onto a shaded terrace and through the garden. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs, one of which leads out onto it's own balcony with wonderful views onto the garden and beyond. Both upstairs bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom on the same floor.
