This is a recently reformed house, suitable for both summer and winter lets. Decorated tastefully in a rustic style. Until recently this was the owner's home and is very homely .
Entering the house there is a small reception hall. From there you can either enter the enormous air-conditioned kitchen or go into the lounge with a couple of comfortable sofas, television and CD/radio-cassette, an old oak bookcase, an antique french corner table, built in shelving around two sides of the room, decorated with adornments, and wood burning fireplace.
The lounge leads directly to the air-conditioned dining room with an elegant table and antique sideboard. Extensive french windows overlook the garden, terrace and pool.
Also off of the lounge is a small bunk bedroom and a passage way leading to the other rooms:
The double bedroom with ensuite shower room, the air-conditioned twin bedroom with an extra bed on the mezzanine space, an air-conditioned bunk bedroom and the main bathroom.
Outside the garden and pool have sun from early morning onwards. There is an ample terrace with wooden table, 6 chairs, a swing sofa, barbecue and pot plants and flowers all around. There is a retractable awning.
The pool has an original design and measures 9 metres long and covers 32 square metres. The lawn is also surrounded by plants, trees, flowers and high walls which offer intimacy. There are sun loungers and a garden bench seat.
The roof terrace, with sun loungers and chairs, offers a ample view of the sea and countryside.
By the side of the house is a utility area for the washing machine.
