Entering the house there is a small reception hall. From there you can either enter the enormous air-conditioned kitchen or go into the lounge with a couple of comfortable sofas, television and CD/radio-cassette, an antique french corner table, built in shelving around two sides of the room, decorated with adornments, and wood burning fireplace.
The lounge leads directly to the air-conditioned dining room with an elegant table, an old oak bookcase, and antique sideboard. Extensive french windows overlook the garden, terrace and pool.

Outside the garden and private pool have sun from early morning onwards. There is an ample terrace with a new teak and aluminium table, 6 chairs, a swing sofa, barbecue and pot plants and flowers all around. There is a gazebo style awning over the table. The pool is terraced round on three sides. By the corner of the lawn there is a fountain with fishes.
The pool has an original design and measures 9 metres long and covers 32 square metres. The lawn is also surrounded by plants, trees, flowers and high walls which offer intimacy. There are sun loungers and a garden bench seat.
The roof terrace, with sun loungers, wooden table and chairs, offers a ample and lovely view of the sea and countryside. On a clear day you can see Majorca. Just perfect for an evening drink whilst enjoying the often spectacular sunsets!
By the side of the house is a utility area for the washing machine.
