Renovated barn in one of the most exclusive residential areas just outside Florence, opposite the Ugolino golf course. The area is very peaceful and is just a 15 minute drive from Florence. The house looks onto a lovely private garden with olives and aromatic plants where you will find a delightful 11*5 (irregular shape) swimming pool from where there is a panorama of the vine covered Florentine hillside of Impruneta and ancient villas and castles. Furnished with great care and good taste and has large picture windows overlooking the garden and a splendid portico with wood beams for relaxing or dining 'al Fresco'. Essential services can be found in Strada in Chianti, 4 km away and in the area there are many typical little restaurants, osterias and wine cellars with wine tasting. The Ugolino golf course and tennis courts are within walking distance (1 km) A charming home in a magnificent position for a memorable holiday in one of the most beautiful areas in Tuscany.
