Luxury and contemporary detached villa, brand new (2006), high quality fixture and fittings, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, very large fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Large open planned living room, with wood burner. The property is very light and airy, all wood within the house, including the first floor large apex beamed ceiling, is constructed in pine.New for 2010,outside area is natural wood decking, with patio eating area, and extending around the major sun bathing area of pool. The pool has a SAFETY NET which can be easily applied and removed.(www.Katchakid.com).The location has outstanding rural views, which can be viewed all around, from inside the Villa and admired from the balcony of the house. The nearest beach is 1km away, a further three beaches, two of which are popular surfing beaches are within a 5km radius. This villa is rented just the summer months, so the high standards are constantly maintained. Its a wonderful house, in a lovely location! Free internet.

The villa is in Vale da Telha, which is situated in the Costa Vincentina national park, which goes all the way from Sagres almost up to Lisbon and which has prevented the west coast from having the huge tourist developments as found in the south. The area is of outstanding natural beauty, with many beautiful uncrowded sandy beaches, offering excellent surfing and surf schools, the surf is renowned world wide, the beaches also offer swimming and fishing. All of the beaches fly the blue safety flag. This whole area is very unspoilt. The town of Aljezur (a short drive away) has an excellent vegetable and fish market, internet cafe, banks with cash points, post office, several local restaurants and a good variety of shops. The villa is only 25 minutes from Lagos and the south coast, with its golf courses, marina, historical buildings, bars, restaurants and shops, with all the entertainment anyone could wish for!
