Udden is a beautiful private manor house situated by Håtunaholms farm just 15min away from Sweden’s oldest town Sigtuna and approximately 50km from Stockholm. The house has large private grounds and woods facing the lovely waters of Mälaren with two private piers. You will have complete privacy as there are no close by neighbors. Also available is an outdoor as well as indoor BBQ, wood heated sauna, two rowing boat and good possibilities for fishing. The manor house lower floor has a very large kitchen with an open fireplace, bathroom with a shower, library with a pool table and large living room also with a fireplace. On the second floor there are four double bedrooms, one living room and a very large bathroom. All bedrooms have a view over the lake.

The manor house is a part of Håtunaholms farm which has a history that goes back to 1306. It is surrounded by woods and the house is situated just a few meters from the lake Mälaren. There are several historical places and castles within a short distance, i.e. Skokloster and Steninge Castle. You will also find some of Sweden finest golf courses in the area. It is about 50km to Stockholm, 30km to Uppsala and 10 km to Sigtuna, Swedens oldest still existing town (please ask us for links).
