Well maintained, twelve-unit condominium west of US Route 41 in quiet residential area. Easy walking distance to great Park Shore beach (approximately half mile) with private access for condominium residents and guests. Short walk to shopping and restaurants in prestigious Venetian Village. Great area for biking and walking or just relaxing by the pool. Many golf courses and tennis courts within a short drive.

This two bedroom, two bath second floor unit has a spacious master suite with king size bed, private bath, and separate access to lanai. The second bedroom includes a double bed. Lanai looks west on tree-shaded residential street.

No smoking; no pets permitted.
