This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom neat apartment is situated in the heart of Hillarys Boat Harbour on the 'Sunset Coast' 15 minutes drive North of Perth City. It is situated in a secure complex with restaurants, shops, cafe's and a number of sandy beaches nearby. Whether it is shopping, a game of golf at the nearby International Golf course, a tour of the Swan Valley Wineries or just soaking up the Western Australia sunshine this is the ideal base for work or play.

The renowned Aquarium of Western Australia is situated on the Harbour whilst the indoor area has an abundance of Shops, Restaurants,Cafe's and Bars. There are a number of Sandy beaches close by which cater for all types of watersports.
