Large house of 150 m² on the ground floor with a terrace in a 2000 m² land completely fenced, 500 m away from the ocean. This property is ideal for family vacation all year long. Fenced by ancient walls in the centre of the village, 1 km away from the mall, in a family village by the sea (Langrune-Sur-Mer) known for its tranquillity and the quality of the iodized air so healthy for children. Ideal to enjoy the pleasures of the ocean, swimming, fishing, sailing; perfect to discover de mythical beaches of June 1944, the magnificent feudal castle of William the Conqueror in Caen, the Abbaye aux Hommes and the Abbaye aux Femmes and in Bayeux, the tapestry of Queen Mathilde. This house gives parents the possibility to rest thanks to its fenced park where children can safely play.

For those interested in glamour, Deauville is 30 km away and hosts every year the American Film Festival with all the Hollywood stars; its Casino, shops, docks are places visited by show business and politic personalities, as well as the fishing port and Trouville’s cliffs. And of course, the St-Michael's Mount, this incomparable Unesco World Heritage site, is a 2 hour drive.

    Cancellation fee: 3 weeks before: 25 % of the total cost will be reimbursed.
    2 weeks before: There will be no reimbursment.

Notes: A television, VCR and DVD are available but only main national channels are available; there is no decoder for TNT. Central heating is supplied by fuel and the boiler is located in the small back house behind the main house as well as the washing machine. The house is adapted for people with disabilities because it is on one single level. Only 2 steps are required to get to the terrace which is a continuity of the living room and the entrance. A cleaning service can be available during your stay but is not included in the renting price. Outside equipment: A ping-pong table and rackets are available to the tenants in the boat garage; this table is made for outdoors but must be kept inside in case of rain!
