Near the beautiful beach of Torre Guaceto, a WWF natural reserve and a protected sea area. The Villa is built on a 9000 sqm plot of land which is entirely fenced in. The residence is located in a quiet and restricted area far from city’s noise. The grounds are very spacious and shared in zones: there is a small pine forest, a garden with palms and green meadow, a solarium, the pool area with a wonderful swimming pool. Open from 1st of May until 9th of October, the pool is of exclusive use for the guests of the three villas in the residence.13 mt long, it is also perfect also for the kids with a maximum depth of 110 cm in the widest part and 60cm around the little island. There is a wooden gazebo, with chairs and sun-beds. Moreover, around the swimming pool there are different spaces: rock garden, green grass around an olive tree, solarium, with trani’s stone floor.

Villa Nadia is the biggest of the three villas in the residence of 9000 sqm. Villa Nadia is a two-story house that sleeps 4 plus 3 more with a sofa-bed. It is equipped with air conditioning and an anti-theft device. Upstairs you’ll find the sleeping quarters with 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom) and a bathroom, while downstairs there is the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen and bathroom. The entrance looks out onto the garden and beside the house there is a feature building with barbecue and wood oven, where you can enjoy preparing tasty pizzas or grilling delicious meat that you can buy from the local farm, known for its genuine meat

    Upon arrival is requested 100 euro of security deposit and will be refounded on your departure.

The formerly flat and featureless land is now a challenging 18 hole golf course which offers an unforgettable experience for visitors and superb view of the Adriatic Sea from every tee, green and fairway. Designed by “European Golf Design”, the course measures over 6300 meters, has a par of 72 and has been constructed to the highest standards, with greens conforming to USGA Specifications. As it is to be expected from a golf course so close to the sea, wind can play a significant role in the challenge of the course. This is complemented by incorporating local plants into the design of the course, which can be seen occupying great waste areas weaving their way in and around the golf holes.
