Our Villa is in a quiet road, and set in a beautiful garden with private swimming pool (6mx3m) and parking area. It was built in 2002 and has all modern facilities - washing machine, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, food processor, coffee percolator and good quality pans/utensils, fire extinguisher and fire blanket, TV, sun loungers and BBQ. The main double bedroom has ensuite, air conditioning and private balcony overlooking garden and pool, and there is a walk in shower room for the other 2 bedrooms which both have 2 single beds and room fans. There is a working grate with open fire and full central heating for early/late holidays. The Villa is particularly suitable for children who can swim as the pool is visible from all rooms and the secluded garden can be locked at the gate. There is a no-smoking policy for your safety and comfort of other holidaymakers. Discounts for early/late bookings + mid-week lettings.

The area is an unspoilt part of Spain with no high rise hotels. The coast is rugged with opportunities for long walks and discovery of small coves. Our Villa is a few minutes walk to 4 restaurants, a bakery, tennis courts/club and a huge well stocked supermarket. Mini-golf and other children's amusements are nearby, as is the beautiful sandy beach. The area boasts several golf courses, numerous small coves to explore by boat or rambling coastal paths. The old medieval town of Pals has several restaurants and bars and overlooks a valley famous for its rice crop and fruit orchards. Travel is easy and cheap via 'no-frills' airlines Ryanair & Easyjet to airports at Girona, Barcelona or Perpignan, with driving times of 40min, 60min and 120min respectively.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices shown are for weekly rental rates in UK Pounds Sterling - but payment in Euros also accepted. There will be a damage deposit payable of £150 per booking which is returnable subject to satisfactory inspection of the Villa . Discounts may be available on 2-week lets between September and June (excl. school holidays).
    Linen, towels and end of stay cleaning are included in the rental cost. Additional cleaning, linen etc. if required, can be provided by our agents at extra cost to you.

    Arrivals are after 4pm on Saturday, and Departures are by 10 am on Saturday, or otherwise by agreement in writing e.g. for 10 day periods during low/mid seasons.
  • Special late booking discounts available for Easter and Whitsun weeks, and some weeks during May and September. Look out for your cheap flights to Girona, Barcelona or Perpignan.
