The villa has been built in a modern Turkish style and has been contemporarily furnished with Bosch appliances. Electronic air condition has been fitted to all living and bedrooms. The ground floor accommodation comprises of an open plan living room/dining room and kitchen, shower room/wc and utility area. On the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and two terraces, a second double bedroom with terrace and third single bedroom with terrace, shower room. On the second floor is a twin bedroom, single bedroom and another shower room. Floors throughout the property are marble except the bedrooms and bathrooms which are tiled. Outside the villa provides a large marble terrace leading to the large private swimming pool and separate childrens splash pool. The garden is stocked with an abundance of fruit trees and shrubs. There is a private driveway for parking.
