Located in Kato Paphos, this property completed in 2004 is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Paradise Gardens III is built to very high standards in the traditional Cypriot style and was awarded the Four Star Bentley International Homes award for best Cypriot development in 2004. The Paradise Gardens complex was also awarded Silver in the Daily Telegraph's Best Cyprus Apartments 2004 competition. The apartment benefits from being within close proximity to beaches, restaurants and the town centres of both old and new Paphos. The apartment is ideally located on the ground floor and therefore provides excellent accommodation for families with a travel cot, bed guard and booster seat available upon request.

Nearest Airport: Paphos at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Barpub: Apomera Tavern at 5 Minutes
Nearest Restaurant: Genesis at 5 Minutes
There are numerous pubs, clubs, tavernas and restaurants nearby. Cycling, horse-riding, go-karting, hiking and a water-park available in the area. There are English-language cinemas in the town and concerts are held in front of the medieval fort and at the ancient Odeon. Paphos also has a number of fascinating museums and UNESCO World Heritage sites to visit. There are several excellent wineries in the area that can be visited for free wine-tasting. Many monasteries and churches are accessible from Paphos, as are the Birthplace of Aphrodite, Aphrodite's Baths, Adonis Falls, reservoirs and mountain forests. There is skiing and snowboarding from January to March on Mount Olympus in the Troodos Mountains, about 2 hrs drive from Paphos. If you are hardy, you can ski in the morning and swim in the sea on the afternoon! There are 3 championship 18 hole golf courses (par around 71/72) within easy reach.

The apartment can comfortably sleep 6 adults and has two spacious bedrooms, separate bathroom, dining, kitchen and living areas and has an extended fenced patio area overlooking the communal gardens and providing immediate access to the poolside. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and the lounge area also benefits from a ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen includes 4 hob cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, fire blanket and extinguisher. The living area has two good size sofas, TV and combined DVD/VHS player for home entertainment. A selection of DVD's are available and CD's can be played on the system.

Superb place to stay!!

My family and i had a great stay at your apartment, I would recommend it to our friends for sure.

The apartment was as described in the advert and was very well maintained and clean. It was centrally located, near to bars and restaurants, which were in abundance.

The pool area was very relaxing and a great place for kids and families. We found your agent, Malcolm, very helpful and living close by meant we always had someone to speak to in the event of a problem with the apartment or just getting advice about where to go.

Will be booking for 2010.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
