Mango Trees is a large beautiful villa on a quiet residential avenue. It is approached by a private winding drive which leads to the house and garage. Outside is a swimming pool, patio areas and large front garden.

Inside the house is tastefully furnished. It has 2 large living areas, a very spacious, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, dinning room, downstairs wc and dressing area. Upstairs there are four bedrooms each air-conditioned. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. There is a large balcony in the second bedroom with views off the Caribbean sea.

There is a flat screen TV with full satellite Channels downstairs.

Maid service is weekly and extra can be included for a small extra charge.

Mango Trees is just 5 minutes walk to the famous Mullins Beach and Luxury spa. 25 minutes drive from Bridgetown and only 5 minutes drive to Speightstown.

Consierge service: We provide a full concierge service to our guests both before they leave and during their stay. We can organise VIP 'fast track' airport services (so you avoid the queues), airport transfers and car hire and any trips, tours, activities or watersports.

If you choose fast-track you are met as you disembark the plane and enter the arrivals hall. Guided though passport control, helped with bag collection and quickly through customs – the way that VIPs arrive.

Mango Trees is situated in the well known Mullins area of Barbados which is a residential area near Speightstown and Holetown on the West Coast of Barbados. The immediate area is quiet and very safe and Speightstown is lively with a range of shopping, banking and leisure opportunities. The coast is beautiful with clean, white sand and clear blue water which is ideal for lazy paddling, snorkeling, swimming and water sports. You can find both busy and quiet beaches within minutes of the Villa. The Island of Barbados is only 14 miles by 21 miles so getting anywhere is easy and relatively quick. If you prefer the water of the Atlantic coast, you are only half an hour away.

Perfect Place to Stay

Sorry that it took quite some time to say „hello again“. We would like to let you know how much we enjoyed being on Barbados and especially in Mango Tree Villa in Mullins. The house had been a perfect place for us to stay and we were all very happy there. The house had all the comfort we needed and gave us enough room for everyone. We have to say thank you for the great support by yourself and of course Peter. We would also like to mention the perfect work of the cleaning woman – she had also done a great job! We have really been looked after perfectly and do hope to come back again and say see you on Barbados...

A perfect base for a relaxing vacation

What a perfect location for a thoroughly relaxing holiday. The villa is superbly equipped with everything you need for an ideal holiday. Full size oven, microwave, hob, washing machine, tumble drier, huge fridge freezer etc etc.

Booking the villa was so straight forward, Karen and her team made it so easy.

Breakfast on the front patio, in the shade of a mango tree, enjoying cool breezes and natural shade. Then retire to one of several patios to the rear of the villa and catch some sun, stopping only to cool off in the pool.

It is possible to sunbath from sunrise to sunset if you position your sun loungers at strategic points.

Dog barking? Sorry, but this is Barbados and a residential villa in a residential area (although just 300 metres from Mullins beach) and guess what - some residents have dogs. I think we heard one bark a couple of times at sunset - this is what dogs do, and is less of a distraction than screaming unruly kids that are encountered at hotels.

A car isn't needed if you stay here - buses pass to Holetown, Speightstown and Bridgetown nearby and some interesting bars have recently opened in Bridgetown.

The garage at the bottom of Mullins Terrace has basic provisions (drinks, foodstuffs etc) and there is a white van food service provided, also at the bottom of Mullins Terrace. The baked turkey is highly recommended.

All in all this is a perfect home from home and I hope to return here in the future for another holiday next year.

Cant wait to come back again

Thanks Karen It was a wonderful holiday again, by the way no dogs barking never had any trouble ,just the gentle background of the crickets.
Arriving at the Mango Trees is now like coming home. The weather was perfect for full days at the beach. Love the changes, especially the new TV. Hope to stay 3 weeks next time.

Friend and I enjoyed the great pleasure of a 2 week stay at Mango Trees in June 2010 and a memorable stay it was. What made it memorable to us who are frequent visitors to Barbados were the gardens and comfortable and relaxing surroundings of Mango Trees. So impressed were we that I have booked again for 2011.the Villa has everything one needs + a little more. Ideally situated just off the main west coast highway for exploring the island and only minutes from a nice quiet beach called Mullins beach
a perfect home from home we actually got the feeling it was home
.situated in a nice very quiet area but within easy access to the more lively places such as holetown and speightstown
knowing we will be returning this year really looking forward to renewing old friendships Karen AND Paul

Great holiday

This was a great holiday home in a lovely setting. We spent most of the time out of doors, either in the pool or on the balcony looking at the beautiful gardens filled with tropical plants. Mullins Beach is really close and perfect for children with lots for them to do. We thought the house was accurately described and found it very spacious and cool inside. The management was really helpful and friendly too.

Best restaurants: Fish Pot near Speighstown and The Mews in Holetown. The children loved JuJu's beach bar and Chris's Place.

Best beaches: Mullins, Heywoods at Speightstown and the Crane on the East Coast
