There are two outside terraces, one covered at ground floor level & second at first floor level providing scenic views of the local area with more space for dining/sunbathing. The Villa is located in the private residential area known as Monte y Mar which is a community consisting mainly of Spanish & English nationalities. The villa: The Villa was newly constructed in 2006.
Out and about: A car is not a necessity as bars, banks, beaches and supermarkets are all within walking distance (e.g. beach 20minutes, supermarket 10minutes walk) or you can take the local bus service that runs a continuous looped service arond the town and beach, the bus stop is located a few minutes from the villa. The main bus service links the town to most of the neighbouring locations i.e Alicante, Santa Pola etc where from here you can ctach buses to all over spain. From experience to truly make the most of your holiday we recommend car rental for total freedom and flexibility. Car Hire is either available at the airport or from many rental companies in the town itself.
Gran Alacant: Gran Alacant having undergone major expansion to cater for holiday makers and ex-pats over the past ten years is still rapidly expanding to provide further communities and facilities. As such throughout the town there are a number of construction projects and areas that are rapidly expanding. The urbanisation where the villa is located approx 1/2km away further houses and apartments are being constructed
