BEACHFRONT LUXURY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL AND STUNNING VIEW.

The parking area is on the top of the hill.There is a protected parking area there.This is important and if someone knows the parking problem in Greece in August ,he will understand what I mean.
A stair drives you down in the property.There are four villas on two different levels,each one with its own pool.Very clever construction,I have to say.They took advantage of every square meter of the land and constucted villas and pools in a way that everyone ,if he wants, can keep his privacy.No one can see you when you swim and you can meet someone of the other customers, only if you want.
If you continue the stairs ,drives you to the beach ,very nice beach, really.There is no road access down ,someone can go down there ,only from this property or by the sea.
It means even the crowded August we saw no more than 50-60 people lying on the beach.
The best hour is early morning ,or after 5 afternoon.No one is there.
The sunset is idyllic,really unforgettable.
The houses are traditional,stone Greek houses,ideal for four adults,very comfortable for 4 adults and two children,but a little uncomfortable if for 6 adults .We were 3 adults and 2 children,perfect.
Very good cleaning,nice and polite staff,they all speak in English,clean pool and finally a nice small,village with a lot of fishing boats and calm night life at 3 km away.
It was a nice relaxing holiday.

What a place.!!!
The view is unique.I was staying in the terrace in the evening and i was looking the sea below,more than two hours every day.Nothing else,just looking ,drinking a glass of wine.
It relaxed me from the work of the whole year.The bad thing was that I spent only one week there.
It was end September and it was 27 deggrees C .!!
You can imagine my shock when next day driving back home I found a snow storm on the Alpes….

It was a good choice finally.
Magnificent view,unbelievable sunsets,late afternoon,barbeque faced the sea and the sunset,very nice people around,helpful staff and some gifts from the owner the day of departure.
This property stands on a unique place.
I have seen some other reviews here,where people describe the houses,the interior and the facilities…!!Who cares about it?
Me and my wife were 20 hours per day out of the house,around the pool,or on the sunbeds ,or in that fantastic beach below,searching and enjoy this magnificent place,a place that luckily is still unspoiled from the rapidly growing tourist industry in Greek islands.
What a view!!!
All the west part of the island is very beautifull,I have never seen so many beautiful beaches in the same place.
Agios Nikitas a small village with a lot fishing boats just 3 km away is good to be visited.
