Only one mile from the lake, Sunnyside Restaurant, local markets, and restaurants; as well as the ski shuttle and bus service. Ideal location for both summer and winter activities, hiking and biking trails just behind the house to National Forest, two and a half miles from Tahoe City and close to ski areas, shops, and restaurants.
Guests enjoy access to the Tahoe Park HOA private beach and recreational area, which has picnic and BBQ facilities, volley ball and changing rooms.

We love the west shore for its laid back attitude, but great proximity to all the things we love about Lake Tahoe (great beaches, hiking, mountain biking and skiing).The quiet street is perfect for our dog, and we love being able to ride bikes to Tahoe City.

Being able to feel at home with your family dog, enjoying the new hot tub and sunny deck. There are also trail heads that adjoin our road.

I have been renting north Lake Tahoe ski houses for ski season (ski leases) for over ten years. I have come to expect certain things not to work and to compromise here and there. This house is different. The common area is perfect for a group, open with nice hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. The hot tub is clean and works well. All of the bathrooms are clean and modern enough. The rooms are cozy and quiet enough (no high heels upstairs in the morning please!) The heating system works very well so bills were not bad at all. The only issue is that skis/boards must be kept in the garage which has to be accessed via an outside side door - not a huge issue, and there is no view from this house (other than the beautiful woods adjacent). If your ski lease crew has graduated from sleeping in a loft, crowded like a dorm, and wants to upgrade to a clean, comfortable and civil house, this one has it all!
