Just 15 minutes from Disney, a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that will sleep 6/8 people and is furnished to a very high standard. Full air conditioning and heating, and with a larger than average private pool this makes for a holiday gem. It is situated at the end of a cul de sac so it is quiet and particularly safe for children.

The main living area is equipped with high definition widescreen TV, Radio, DVD. The television receives more than 150 digital quality channels, including MTV, Disney, etc. A separate Hi Fi provides for FM/AM radio, CD and cassette and has an ipod, ipad, iphone connection.

In the kitchen, the equipment includes electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric can opener, a giant fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar.

There is a large washing machine and spin dryer in the garage. Sheets and towels are provided as is an iron and ironing board.

About Philip Pell

Beverley, mum, wife, great cook, manages a medical practice in London and spends a month in the house in the spring! Philip, dad, husband, guitar player and restaurant owner but with a weird sence of humour.

Why Philip Pell chose Woodridge Estate

We chose this house because it is an a quiet cul-de-sac near to all the attractions but on the 'quiet' side of Disney. We actually spend more time now in the old town of Clermont. Really good restaurants there - and a guitar store!

What makes this house unique

We have furnished the place for ourselves, not the usual 'rental furniture package' that rentals homes have here. It is also near enough to a nice restaurant to be able to walk to so we can both have a margerita or two.

The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet estate on the route 27, 1 mile north of the 192 (Disney) road. Half a mile towards the 192 is a huge Wal Mart that stocks everything at very low prices. Loads of very family friendly restaurants around including a nice one in walking distance.

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Woodridge Estate, Florida

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Easter is charged as high period.

    We ask for a £150 (US$240) per week deposit on booking, and the balance paid 10 weeks before the booked date along with a £200 (US$350) returnable security deposit.

    Pool heating is available at £60 (US$110) per week.

It was our 1st family holiday to Orlando. Spacious villa with all the necessary facilities. Excellent customer service from the agents working for the owners.

Easy access to the theme parks ans restaurants. Massive Walmart round the corner. Free phone is a big plus. The kids loved the pool. I would recommend to anyone anytime.

Our second stay

Our second stay at this lovely villa,Very comfortable and clean with its own private pool and garden.Pool wonderful and cleaned weekly.As we stayed in November pool heating needed and it made all the difference and was in constanst use.Close to all shops restaurants and entertainment i.e Disney etc.Looking forward to another visit in the near future.We enjoyed eating at the Cracker Barrel on 192 highway which had a wild west theme to it and the food was very good especialy the apple pie also ejoyed eating at Celebration.You are really spoilt for choice.Anytime of year is a lovely time to visit but Christmas is an extra special season.Do come and have a truly magical time.

Our 2nd time to Disney

This was our 2nd visit to Disney with my wife and 3 children. We stayed in the same villa because when you first walk in it is in an ideal location just get in the car 15 mins and you are at the gates of Disney. The 1st time we went to Florida June 97 we got married in Orlando and the villa was the key to such a relaxed wedding it was the base where we would meet up with family. It such a lovely villa you will find youselfs felling right at home from day 1 and so easy to find. The villa was so clean on arrival and there is no need to pack towels or too many clothes as there is a great washer and dryer and plenty of towelsto hand. If you have had a long day at the parks just phone for food and it is at your door it 10 mins or you can drive 5 mins and be at some great restaurants. We are a young family with 3 children age from 3, 7 and 9 and it totally safe for them even to play out front I would recommend this property to any couple or family young or old I will go back again and again. To sum it up it is ideal for us.
