Villa Yasemin is one of a pair of identical villas. The other villa is kept primarily for the use of the owner but can be rented - ideal for adults / families on holiday together. The villas are separated by a large pool - 5.5m x 10.5m and 1,3 - 1.6m in depth. Each villa is divided into 2 apartments - first floor balcony and ground floor terrace. They are constructed to allow for the houses to be rented as a whole if required. The spacious internal area of EACH apt (48sqm) includes a large open plan living / dining area with log fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen area has a 4 ring hob with cooker hood/extractor fan and a fridge with freezing compartment. There are two bedrooms and a fully fitted shower room. In addition there is a basement bedroom and shower room which could be rented together with the terrace apartment.

Fragrant jasmine,roses, honeysuckle, colourful shrubs, lemon, orange trees and banana palms create an attractive garden. Gocek has been declared a special environmental protection area. Although many locals earn most of their income from tourism, life in the villages and mountains around Gocek continues much as it has done for centuries. The village with its pedestrianised walkways, shops and restaurants, many of which are by the water's edge, provides three major banks with exchange facilities, several well stocked mini markets, and an excellent Sunday market with clothes, household items and all kinds of fresh local produce. Favoured by yachtsmen, the village comes alive in the evening when boats moor up for the night. You can sit and enjoy a quiet drink watching the sun go down over the mountains, and dine in one of the many waterside restaurants. Turkish cuisine is varied and is based on local fresh produce.
