Our delightful detached Watermill is situated adjacent to our trout lake where you can enjoy fishing on the bank or out in the boat or just sitting by the lake looking out to the magnificent Viaduct, a local tourist attraction situated at the end of the lake. Our guests have full use of the swimming pool, decking area around the pool and sun terraces which are equiped with sun loungers, parasols and chairs. There are many places to explore around the grounds. For those who like a shady place to sit we also have a large pergola and many other areas in which to relax. The Watermill has a full gas central heating and wood burner in the lounge making it ideal for a winter break.It's thick stone walls keep it cool in the summer. Ground floor - Large lounge, dining room area with quality furnishings and a wood burner set in an inglenook fireplace. We have English Sky TV and Dvd facilities. Ground floor Bedroom with double bed. Well equipped kitchen with all mod cons, and a separate W.C.

First floor - a large landing leading to one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a large bathroom with bath and shower facilities. There is a private garden with table, chairs, parasol and BBQ facilities. Within a five minute drive is a large public lake with water sports edged by a beautiful clean sandy beach and children's play areas. The attractive market town of Meymac is 3 kms away and is recommended in many guides as a place worth visiting. It has all the amenities you will need. The Correze has 6 of France's most beautiful villages, all accessible from Moulin Des Farges and for those skiing enthusiasts Mont Dore which provides excellent seasonal skiing is just 45 minutes away.
