This luxury, new 2 bedroom detached villa, with private pool & sea-views, offers excellent accommodation. The villa is furnished & fully equipped to a high standard & is situated in an exclusive cul-de-sac. The accommodation comprises of: 2 first floor double bedrooms with sea view balcony, bathroom/WC, ground floor WC, spacious through lounge/dining area & fully fitted kitchen. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms. Car parking is provided by a private drive. Located in a quiet area of Agia Thekla, close to the local fishing harbor of Potamos. The villa is approx 150 meters from the sea. It is a short drive of 2 minutes to water world, the largest water park in Cyprus & 5 minutes to Agia Napa. Nearby you have the beautiful sandy beach of Agia Thekla with its sheltered Lagoon ideal for children.

Close to the local fishing harbour of Potamos, The villa is far enough away from the seasonal tourist crowds, yet close enough to offer easy access to an abundance of bars, shops and restaurants. There is a mini supermarket 5 minutes walk away from the villa. The house is ideal for family holidays since it combines quiet and relaxing holidays with the lively holiday paradise of Agia Napa. From relaxing/undiscovered beaches to very popular beach resorts (the famous Nissi Beach),the area has plenty to offer for everyone as well as all types of water sports and restaurants including award winning local tavernas. The resort of Protaras is 10km's away, this resort has many shops bars and restaurants. The Cypriot town of Paralimni is also 10km away and has an abundance of boutiques and shops, including three large supermarkets.

Excellent villa relaxing and peaceful location well equipped and beautifully furnished. My family and I were at the villa July 2008 and had a fantastic holiday we hope to use the villa again. The owner had also useful information in the villa and I would certainely recommend the villa. Our favourite restaurant is The Gardens in Ayia Napa, there you get a great meal for a reasonable price.

Myself, girlfriend and friends have stayed at this beautiful villa for the past two summer vacations an I honestly couldnt speak highly enough of it! Any apprehention I had about booking such a holiday was quickly dissolved once I arrived.
The location, although slightly out from agia napa, is absolutley perfect. Quiet, peacefull and relaxing.
The pool, BBQ etc are top class. The facillities inside are great too! Everything you can think of is there. I like my nights out in Napa (being a lads holiday veteran you understand lol) but we found ourselves making use of the villa i.e having a relaxing drink by the pool at night and it was superb! The Villa is also excellently maintained and spotless clean. Best nights sleep ive ever had! No Really! A car is recommended for getting put and about if you like to go and visit other parts of the island. The owners keep you well informed regarding your booking and have someone accross the road from the villa who maitains it for them. Very Friendly people.

I cant list all the excellent attractions as there are so many but I will recommend an excellent restaurant called The Great Valley in Ayia Napa (behind Aqua Club) superb food and some of the friendliest staff you are ever likely to meet! A good bar to go to would be The Alexander Pub just at the corner of the square which has a warm friendly atmosphere!


I would and have recommened this property to family and friends without hesitation and wouldnt stay anywhere else.

WARNING. You will fall in love with this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful clean well maintained villa.The pool was fantastic big and with a deeper end.My boys were hardly out of it.It has an under water light for the evenings.There were DVD's to entertain them in the evenings,while me and my husband sat out finnishing the BBQ under the stars. Water world was right at our door 5mins drive,good fun.The nicest beach we found was Agia thekla bay it even had it's own island, 3 min drive down the road. Our stay wasn't long enough.what more can I say.
