A spacious villa, beautifully furnished with touches of luxury, private pool, and distant sea views. Stylishly furnished and yet comfortable and welcoming. Behind the modest front door are high ceilings giving an opulent and open feel and coolness in the heat of the summer. There is air-conditioning throughout. Nestled amongst orange trees with a good sized pool and space to hang hammocks in the 7,000 sqm of orange orchards, that surround your holiday home, which you are free to enjoy. Nearby is the old town of Nauplion with its chic shopping and cafes by the water front. Both the castle at Nafplion and Argos are visible form the villa, romantically lit up at night. Ancient Mycenae can also been seen from the villa and it is just a short drive away is the famous Theatre at Epidavros. There are a variety of beautiful beaches with golden sands and water sports. This villa offers the authentic side of Greece with all mod cons neccessary for your comfort in tranquil surrounding.

The villa is in its own orange grove on a quiet road 10 minutes from Nauplion town. From the balcony you can see Palamidi castle at Nafplio on one side, and Argos castle on the other side with the sparkling blue waters of the Argolic Gulf stretched out in between. The ancient sit of Mycenae sits across the plain of Agolida and lots of tiny white washed churches top the surrounding hills. This villa is in the ideal position from which to explore the region. Away from it all if you wish to just retreat, near to a choice of two cosmopolitan towns with very different feels if you wish to shop till you drop. A few minutes away from water front cafes in which you can while away your days. There are some great beaches which have everything from a kite surfing school to diving centres or just endless golden sand. In short you can carve the holiday of your dreams based at this spacious, friendly villa. The region is arguably one of the most richly varied in Greece, with something for everyone.

  • Each bedroom has an individual character. *Bedroom one has a 400 year old bed (but a new mattress!) with a balcony overlooking the tops of the orange trees. Sleeps 2 - Bedroom two has a period chrome bedhead and a balcony from which you can pick oranges straight off the tree. Sleeps 2 - Bedroom three is stylish with a modern feel. Sleeps 2 - Bedroom four is a tall room spilt by a mezzanine floor. A double bed spans the lower floor and the mezzanine houses three single mattresses (Children love it!). This room opens out into the orchard. Sleeps 5, ideal for children / family. The 'games' room on the first floor has a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two and, if you have extra people there are two matching easy chairs which open out into single beds.

This villa is not a standard concrete purpose built block. It has character and charm, and a touch of luxury, which we feel will add to your holiday. The 'games' room or second sitting area on the first floor adds to the sense of space as well as giving additional sleeping room and some seclusion if you wish to retire from others. The view from this room's balcony is incredibly beautiful, especially at dusk when the castles are lit up, and spans the whole of the bay. A place to dream!!!!

Outside there is ample parking space and access to the orchards. The swimming pool is at he rear of the villa nestled into the orange grove. Private and very pleasant.
