Just ten kilometers from the medieval hill town of Assisi, the 'Casa della Ginestra' owned by the Morbidelli family for two generations, offers both a unique glimpse of Italian rural life and a convenient and comfortable base from which guests can visit the famed nearby towns of Umbria, Tuscany and the Marches including Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Orvieto, Spoleto, Gubbio, Siena, Florence, S.Gimignano, Rome, and Urbino and natural sights including Lake Trasimeno, the Marmore Waterfall and the Sibilline Mountain National Park.

Attic description: The Attic of the Villa is approximately 85 sqm and can accommodate 4 persons comfortably. There is a Large Living Room (with fireplace, sofa bed and kitchen), a Bedroom, a Bathroom. The Attic is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, television set, radio. There is also a washing machine in common for the two portions of the Villa for rent. The final cleaning cost 20 Euros. Possibility of air conditioning for 70 Euros for week. The price doesn't include the supply of the sheets and towels (10 euro/people for the entire period) and the winter heating (on the base of consume). The swimming pool measure 9m x 5m (deep of water = 1.2 m. everywhere); open in the period may 1th-sept 18th, 2010.
