The flat is set on the third floor of this family portered block with lifts, A mature walled garden with large swimming pool, and beautiful views from the balcony- Within walking distance to the Old town of Marbella and the famous Orange Square with its many restaurants and bars. Only 3/4 mile walk to many super beaches. Puerto Banus with its many night clubs and bars is easily accessible by taxi, bus or car for a fabulous nightlife. Andalucia has many attractions, Granada with the world famous Alhambra, Saville, Cordoba, Ronda and Gibraltar are reached easily by car or daily excursions from a pick up point in the centre of Marbella. Supermarkets and other amenities are all close by and an easy walk. The main bus terminus is a five minute taxi ride where you can take a bus to Malaga Airport (45 mins) in air conditioned comfort. Tourist offices are located in Orange Square and on the beach.

Outdoor activities are plentiful with public tennis courts just down the road - with a child's play area, many golf courses, swimming in the sea or your own swimming pool, walking and biking.

Notes: Apartment is situated on the third floor and has fantastic views from its front balcony (sea views) and rear balcony (mountain views). The block has a lift and porter. A beautiful mature walled communal garden with a large swimming pool. Las Palmeras is situated on the hillside behind Marbella centre - and is a 10 min walk to the beach or Orange Square which is the centre of the Old Town. The block has its own secure off street parking.

We have just had a lovely week at Las Palmeras.From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The flat was very clean and easy to settle into.
The view was absolutely beautiful and helps one unwind immediately. All the shops were so convenient and the walk through the back streets down to Orange Square in the Old Town was so picturesque. We had early evening drinks there and one evening went to an excellent Flamenco bar. We found some lovely restaurants on the beach and the promenade. We thoroughly recommend Las Palmeras and can't wait to rent this apartment again.

excellent appartment, very clean, lovely pool area and pool and a great view every morning, would definately use again. Easy to get down to main town and plenty of supermarkets nearby. Owner was very helpful and easy to contact.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment; it was tastefully decorated with a keen eye for detail and we made full use of the balcony. The pool and surrounding garden are also fantastic and felt like an oasis of calm.

The owner is extremely helpful and friendly and responded quickly to all my questions in the run up to our trip.

Highly recommended.

We have just returned from a great time at Las Palmeras. This was our second time and just as good as the last. This time we had our baby boy with us so it was a different holiday but the apartment is just perfect for a baby - it's very clean, practical and spacy. Everything we needed was there. Perfect! And of course the swimming pool and garden area was put to much use. We also spent a lot of time just relaxing and unwinding on the lovely terrace, enjoying the fabulous view. We found the supermarket behind the house very convenient - it has been renovated and is much bigger than last time and we managed to get everything for us and our baby there. In terms of restaurants and bars we found many - from the promenade to the old town and the one just downstairs was very convenient and extremely friendly staff. All in all it was a great visit and we just can't wait until we are able to go back again. Thank you for a lovely time!

Hi David,We had a wonderful restful holiday, your apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The view from the balcony made us glad to be alive. The decor was modern and smart and the kitchen well equipped. The pool area is well tended and the pool spotless.- it was nice and quite. We enjoyed walking along the front and also had some lovely meals in and around Orange Square. When we felt young and trendy we went along to Pueto Banus the place to be seen, we did actually see Simon Jordan the Crystal Place owner in 'Sinatras'. All in all a fab holiday we will certainly consider using the apartment again.Thank you.
