This beautiful villa is only 15 minutes from Disney making it an ideal location for your 'magical' vacation. Our home is excellently located on the US27, allowing quick and easy access to see Mickey Mouse and Walt Disney World. Many other attractions including SeaWorld, Universal, Wet and Wild, plus three championship golf courses, are all within easy reach. Alternatively why not spend the day in the superb new Posner Centre Mall with its up market retail outlets, situated on Highway 27 just 7 miles away. The villa is in a gated community just 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World Gates. It is conveniently situated within easy reach of all the theme parks, shopping malls and the many championship golf courses. There are many shops, bars and restaurants situated just 5 minutes down the road including a large Publix supermarket, an excellent Walmart, Pharmacy, Gas Station, DVD Store plus Applebys restaurant just over the road within Walking distance!

  • The First, Master Bedroom is excellently furnished and includes En Suite bathroom, with walk in shower, plus a large bath, big enough for 2!! There is a Huge King sized bed, dresser, mirror and walk in closet plus TV. Hairdryer. Built in Safe. The Second Bedroom is also furnished to a very high standard with a Queen Sized Bed, TV, dresser, mirror, and walk in closet plus En Suite bathroom. The Third and Fourth Bedrooms are also fully equipped and suitable for both children and or male/female guests. These twin bedrooms share a bathroom which is adjacent. All towels and linen are provided. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge for added sleeping areas if requried.

There is also a covered area with ceiling fan to provide some shade. Pool Heating is optional. There are only a few months of the year when this is required. Pricing on request. There is a Large luxurious Family Room, with comfortable seating and Patio doors which open out to the beautiful Pool/Spa area. TV with Cable TV and DVD Player and DVD’s PlayStation 2 + Games. Elegant Dining Room, with table and chairs providing ample seating. The Fully Equipped Kitchen, has been designed for your convenience and includes Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer with Ice Maker, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Toaster plus all cutlery and crockery.
