Apartment Connie - Bell is a spacious and beautifully furnished top floor apartment located in a small fishing village of Sutivan. It is located in a quiet area 150m from the centre and 50m from the nearest beach. It has 3 double bedrooms, spacious living and dinning area, one bathroom and one shower room. Luxury of the apartment is defined with a big balcony on the top of the brand new building from where a spectacular view spreads on the village of Sutivan, mainland and sea between. Connie Bell is ideal place to spend your holidays – for families, friends, and honeymoons… Come in the high season of July and August and you’ll find Sutivan vibrant with life with holidaymakers from all over Europe. For a quiet holiday come in April-June or September/October.

Come in the high season of July and August and you’ll find Sutivan vibrant with life with holidaymakers from all over Europe. Eat out at a different restaurant each evening and sample the friendly bars and cafes of the village. Alternatively take from Supetar a 45-minute ferry ride to Split and wander through the 1700 year old alleyways of the Diocleceans Palace, do some designer brand name shopping, or just promenade along the elegant palm tree lined Riva eating an ice cream! For a quiet holiday come in April-June or September/October. Easy and regular access to the mainland makes it a great place to have not just a relaxing beach holiday with the whole island to explore by scooter, boat or car but also makes for a convenient base from which to visit the historic sites of Split. If walking is your thing, there’s plenty of lovely coastal and inland walks with many beautiful old stone villages to explore.

Means of access: No matter if you are arriving by car or by aeroplane, you need to reach the city of Split on the Adriatic coast. When you arrive in Split, head to Split ferry port from where there are frequent car ferries to Brac island, town of Supetar. The ferry company's name is JADROLINIJA and their offices for ferry ticket purchase are at the terminal. The ferry ticket price in one direction is approx. 30 € for a car and the driver, any extra person ticket is approx. 5€. When in Supetar, you will be greeted in the Brac island office of Dalmatian Property Management. After making the reservation of a property for your holiday, you will receive a direction sheet with photos on how to find the office.

Dalmatian Property Management office in Supetar will supply photo directions on how to get to the property, the keys of the property and all information’s about region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. In a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help and at your service throughout your stay in one of the properties we manage.

Perfect Base for Craotian Relaxation

Appartment "Connie Belle" in Sutivan was clean, modern, spacious and only 5-7 mins walk from a pebble beach. The top floor appartment offers great views over the village of Sutivan, great for catching those sunset photos.
I would highly recommend a stay here. The only problem we had was a faulty radio and DVD player, but this was no real issue as you will be outside most of the time to make the most of the beautiful island of Brac.

Lovely apartment & resort

We had a great time in Brac staying at Connie Bell. The apartment was clean, well equipped and only 10 minutes from the village with bars/restaurants/shops.

The sea is close but be warned, there are no sandy beaches. There are just piles of sharp stones! You do need rock shoes. Having said that the lack of sand means the water is ultra clear and great for swimming & snorkelling. There are some gently sloping rocky beaches for kids but most have difficult access to the sea for small children.

The description of the appartment is slightly misleading as it suggests it is on the ground floor. It is actually on the 3rd floor with a steep internal staircase up to the second floor. This wasn't a problem as the views are good and there is no one walking around above you and the views are excellent!

Overall a good property and we would return.
