The top level has the King master suite. Master closet has been converted into a baby room complete with books, toys, crib and toddler bed.

The main level family room contains one of the two TV?s, LCD and is set up for you to relax watching movies on the DVD player or listening to your favorite music on DISH. An X-box and several games are available. A selection of movies, music, and board games has been provided. The queen BR2 is also on this level.

All the taxes are included. We have three simple rules: be honest, leave no messes and have the last load of sheets & towels washing.

Cancellation fee: up to two months before arrival: $40. Between 1 to 2 months before arrival: 1/2 the rent. Less than a month before arrival: all of the rent. If the rent has not been paid, the deposit is applied to the rent. In any case, rebooked nights are always refunded 100% per diem.
Our policy serves one primary purpose: committed reservations that plan to follow thru.

Summer short stays (less than 6 nights): We book 5 nights 10 weeks in advance, 4 night stays 8 weeks in advance, 3 night stays 6 weeks in advance and 2 night stays 4 weeks in advanced.
