Two spacious executive 5+ bedroom Executive Villas, equipped to the highest standard, each with Heated Pool and Spa, Air Conditioning, Barbecue, one Huge Master Bedroom US King Size Bed with en-suite and two further Master Bedrooms with US King Size beds and en-suites. Two US Twin (3 Ft) Bedrooms, and a Den / Guest Room with two US Full (UK Double) sized Futons. All Bedrooms have a cable TV/DVD. There is a Computer with Wireless internet access, Microsoft Office, Multifunction Fax/Printer/Scanner and Multi card reader and DVD writer so you can save and send all your holiday pictures, Sony Playstation 2, Air Hockey and Competition Pool table. All the usual kitchen appliances including Microwave, dishwasher and filter coffee maker. There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and board. Palm View and Willow View are right next door to each other and as such are the perfect choice for that larger family gathering as both villas can be booked at the same time.

Windwood Bay is the perfect location for your family vacation. This is one of the most spacious and well laid out communities of secluded and luxurious homes in the area. The Villas are within 8 miles of Disney doorstep and within 5 minutes of the renowned two 18 hole golf courses of Champions Gate, and Reunion’s 36 holes (soon to be 54!). In fact there are 202 golf courses in Orlando and many of those are within 15 minutes drive of the villas. Sea World and Universal Studios are 20 minutes away as is Wet and Wild. If shopping is your passion then you are also 15-30 minuets from Orlando Premium Outlets, Belts Outlets and the Florida Mall, not to mention the famous International Drive. Kennedy Space centre is 60 minutes and Busch Gardens is 50 minutes away. Within 30 minutes there is The Florida Mall, Orlando Premium Outlets, Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores and Belz Factory Outlets (renamed Prime Outlets Orlando) to name a few.

  • All prices are for one Villa per Week, part weeks are charged pro-rata. For stays of over 18 days a 5% discount can be applied. All rates inclusive of tax - What you see is what you pay - no hidden extras: Non refundable deposit - US$175/£100 per week or part week; Refundable security deposit - US$350/£200 payable with balance; Pool/Spa heating (when booked in advance) - US$170/£100 per week. US$25/£15 per day. (Advisable late October to early April Minimum period 4 days)

    Cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 days . US$120/£70. Mid term clean available at additional cost.

    We can accept payment in US$ or GB£, credit card, money order, personal cheque/check, Travelers Checks or wire transfers. We aim to make the whole process as easy as possible. Credit card payments can be made from any country via PAYPAL and carry a surcharge of 3.5%. Prices are guaranteed on receipt of a completed booking.

“After our two week stay in Florida, with the last week being in Orlando, it was heartbreaking to have to leave such a beautiful and comfortable home.

We found it in immaculate condition and settled in immediately. We were there during tropical storm Alberto and experienced a couple of days where it would have been miserable to have been touring the parks, or worse yet stuck in an ordinary hotel. While the heavens opened up for several days,(much needed given the current drought) we were most comfortable with the billiard table, air hockey, play station, internet access, and the excellent entertainment centers. The selection of DVD's and books were nice touches that kept us from having to venture out into the rough weather.

There was plenty of room for all to have their privacy when needed. It was wonderful to have the pool and spa. We especially loved the changing colors of the water at night, once we figured out what that switch was for. '
