This very special property has been cleverly restored to include a full living room with double height ceiling and with an area for eating. The apse of The Chapel has been handsomely created into a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and a complete bathroom with shower – and with a charming double bedroom above this up a small flight of stairs. The gallery bedroom totally separate from the downstairs living area affords both privacy and a spacious area. The restoration has been done to the highest standards, using terracotta floors from the local factories of nearby Faenza and the beautiful wooden wall separating the living room from the rest of the house is made from wood from our own forests.
The Chapel is furnished with antique pieces and unique prints and local artifacts to add to its warmth and interest.
Local produce: honey, cheese, wine, eggs, olive oil, vegetables all grown on the estate – as well as our own chickens and rabbits are available for purchase from the Contessa Maria Teresa.
The local village of Tredozio boasts a two forks Michelin restaurant. There is regular flight service with Ryan Air between London Stanstead and Bologna and Wind Jet from London to Forlì; otherwise, you can fly to Bologna with regular airlines.
