This is a spacious studio apartment for 2 people with a communal pool and panoramic sea views. The apartment is fully-equipped and has a large terrace area on which you can sit and admire the view. Situated on The Costa Del Sol, half way between Fuengirola and Marbella, it is an ideal spot from which to explore this varied and interesting region. Please note that this is a spacious studio with 2 substantial comfortable drop-down single beds, immediately next to each other, in the lounge area. There is no separate bedroom.

The area is full of golf courses and all water sports can be found nearby - sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing, canoeing, jet-ski, snorkelling, sea fishing, parascending etc. Nearby Fuengirola offers an aquapark, a zoo and a castle as well as shops 'til you drop! Other coastal resorts include Marbella, Malaga, Estepona and, of course, Gibraltar. Inland there is beautiful countryside and many white-washed hill villages, including 'not to be missed' Ronda. Slightly further afield there are Granada, Cordoba and Seville. There is a market somewhere in the region everyday of the week, the biggest being in Fuengirola on a Tuesday. You will never be short of somewhere to go or something to do. However, alternatively, you may rather lie on a beach, sit around the pool or relax on the terrace taking in the view!

  • Rentals can start and finish on any day and be as long or as short as you wish - we are very flexible. Minimum stay of 4 days. For stays of 3 weeks or more, we offer a 20% reduction on your total holiday cost, providing that you do you own cleaning and washing of linen and towels - two sets will be provided. Bedding and bath towels are provided in the rental, but please bring your own pool/beach towels.
    £50 per week deposit required on booking - balance due 6 weeks prior to stay.
    £50 returnable cheque required as key deposit.

The studio is situated on the 9th floor (served by two lifts) of a well maintained apartment block which can only be entered using a coded key for security. There is a friendly concierge on site and a full-time gardener who maintains the attractive gardens around the large circular communal pool. There is a life-guard on duty during July and August. You will feel safe and secure in both the grounds and building with these services. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and all amenities are close by - restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, medical centre and more! Local and long distance buses stop 50 metres away, making it easy to explore the region without a car.
