This newly built property is in a quiet residential development, yet near shopping and eating out. It has a large Great Room, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with patio doors to pool, and large ensuite with bath and walk in shower. There are two other double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Outside is a 30 foot pool surrounded by a large caged sun deck, which face south with open views over a lake towards a golf course.

The Area: If you are looking for a relaxing time in lovely surroundings, then this area is hard to beat. Swim and take in the sun by the private pool, or go shopping or out for a meal in one of the many local malls, or go to one of the nearby beaches and enjoy a swim in the lovely Gulf of Mexico. A little further afield you will find a number of State Parks and nature reserves. There are the picturesque islands of Little Gaspirilla, Sanibel and Pine Island, and in only an hour you can be in Sarasota or Fort Meyers, with all their tourist attractions.

Golf: Golf enthusiasts will love the area, and if you apply in advance we can arrange a golf package that, for a an extra charge of £50 a week, will give you unlimited play in any of the four local courses.
