The house, arranged over two floors and built into the side of the hill, has three bedrooms – one double bedroom on the main floor and two twin bedded rooms (which can be made into double beds) on the lower floor, all of which have french doors that open to the garden.
All the rooms are decorated with beautiful art prints and artifacts to make the house very warm and interesting. There are three large bathrooms, the one on the main floor complete with shower and two bathrooms on the lower floor, one complete with bathtub and shower and one with shower. All the bedrooms are elegantly decorated with beautiful antique pieces; the bathrooms are beautifully and originally tiled. A fully equipped utility room is located on the lower floor.
On the main floor, and with large french doors that lead to an outside terrace, is a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room that seats six and sitting room with a large open fireplace.
An original outdoor oven has been restored as a working oven to make bread and pizzas.
Outside the kitchen in a garden area is an outdoor dining table that seats eight under a gazebo to provide shade. The landscaped garden leads to a large swimming pool (open from May 8 until the 25th of September) with pool lounges, and another outdoor dining table and chairs under a gazebo at the pool. The pool is situated on a hilltop up some stairs and the views are stunning and endless.
The facilities include gas fired water and central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, DVD, CD and radio. All rooms have electric fans.
