Fully air-conditioned/heated. Set in a prestigious and exclusive modern block served with 2 lifts. Centrally located, on the Sliema promenade and within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, shopping centre, entertainment, supermarket.

Note:

Fully air-conditioned duplex apartment with free WiFi Internet access and free Cable TV in included in the price. Free use of communal pool between June and September, use of an umbrella and sunbed come at an extra charge which is due to the pool boy.

Supermarket is very close to apartment (100 meters). Coffee shops, bars and pubs located within walking distance.

Booking Notes:

You may enquire either by telephone or email. 30% of the total due is to be paid as a deposit upon booking. The balance is to be settled upon arrival. A €50 cleaning charge and €300 breakage deposit is also to be paid upon arrival. The security payment will be refunded following property inspection at check-out. Weekly prices are based on 6 nights/ 7 days. For short stays of less than a week full advance payment might be requested.
