Furnished to a high standard, the house has been luxuriously restored with four air-conditioned bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, two living rooms: ground floor TV den with Sky TV, DVD/video player and stereo with extensive DVD, and music library for guest use and first floor library sitting room with open fire, wall to wall books and stunning views from every window. Situated at the end of an orange-tree lined camino just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Fornalutx lies this oasis of calm and relaxation. The beautiful garden is planted with huge date palms, olive, citrus and jacaranda providing shade from the midday sun. A glorious outside dining terrace with table and chairs, poolside chill-out area with sofas and armchairs and a long inviting pool will help you unwind in double quick time.

If beaches and boats are your priority, a 10 minute drive brings you to the lively Port de Soller with its many beaches, restaurants and marina. For an unforgettable beach experience drive, walk or cycle to cala Deia, a stunning pebbly cove with crystal waters and fabulous snorkeling.
