For shared use: large, well-kept garden (fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool (12 x 7 m, 15.06.-15.09.). Outside shower. Pergola (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking by the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same residence. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Ostuni is known as the "White Town" and its houses are typical "Trulli" with round roofs and equally down to earth like the people themselves. Characteristic vegetation. Excursions to the Baroque town of Lecce about 75 km away. Selva di Fassano and safari-zoo 30 km, the grottos of Castellano about 50 km away. 3-room apartment 70 m2, on the lower ground floor, partly renovated in 2005, nice furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace and TV. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds.
