Sensational Stay at Casa Carlos

My family and I have recently returned from a relaxing getaway in Costa Teguise.
The villa completely exceeded our expecations. We had everything we needed and more for our perfect holiday. It was immaculately clean, very well equiped, modern and spacious. We had all the home comforts eg comfortable sofa, sky TV, for the nights that we spent in. Also having a dishwasher on holiday was an extra pleasure. The pool was where we spent most of our time. The kids could play untill their hearts were content while my husband and I could sunbathe, read or enjoy a sangria by the pool. it was pure bliss. Lanzarote had plenty of tours and excursions to offer but most days we found ourselves by the poolside. The couple who help run the villa were so helpful and friendly and if we needed anything were always there which was very reassuring.
The resort of Costa Teguise is perfect for families and couples and has a friendly feel about it. The villa is ideally located as it is only a 5-10 minute walk from bars, restaurants, shops and the beach, however you still benefit from the fact that the villa is situated in a quiet residential area. I would recommend Legends bar to anyone who is up for a bit of fun, and there food is good too. If you are interested in trying some traditional Tapas there are some lovely little Spanish restaurants. The owner, Jackie, was great. She kept in close contact with us in the run up to our stay and had lots of information about the island.
All in all, we had a fantastic, memorable holiday which was made all the more special by the outstanding accommodation. I would recommend this villa to everyone i know and we will definately be returning.
