Private: grounds 5'000 m2 with plants and trees, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, 01.05.-30.09.), outside shower, barbecue. Motor access to the house (2 km via unmade road). Parking in the grounds. Grocers 4 km, bar 4 km. Please note: car essential. A scooter can be hired. Small seaside town with 3000 inhabitants, situated 25 kms West of Lecce, on the Ionian Sea. Porto Cesaro has a beautiful sandy beach 1 km long and 50m wide, suitable for children. 4-room house 100 m2: living room with satellite-TV and CD-player. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 bed. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, freezer) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating (extra). Patio covered. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine.
