This is a very charming large 3 storey mansion surrounded by many terraces, all with a sea view. There is a private pool and a pool area fitted out with a summer kitchen and a sitting area in the centre of a large terraced garden (almost two acres) with olive trees, eucalyptus, laurels, orange trees, overlooking the sea. The villa is half a mile away from the nearest beach. It can accommodate up to 20 people with 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. This villa can be divided into 3 self-contained apartments: Résidentiel : 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeps 10. Bella Vista: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 4. Jasmin: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms sleeps 6. The house is in a very quiet location, but is very close to all amenities with the town less than 2 miles away.

Very charming villa, offering the ultimate in comfort, immaculately decorated and with the capacity to accommodate 18 to 20 people (10 bedrooms) in the north of Corsica near to Ile Rousse. It is the ideal location for a family or a group of friends to have a great stay, in a very special place with a panoramic view of the sea. The interior rental surface is 500m² with an additional exterior area with pool, kitchen, pool house and sitting area of 326m2 all fully equipped. There are many other terraces adding to the charm of the different parts of the villa, amounting to a further 238m2 of extra space.

Île Rousse is a delightful seaside resort, with a natural harbour sheltered by a rock which forms a red coloured peninsula extending out into the blue of the Mediterranean Sea, providing a magnificent view from the surrounding mountains overlooking the town. In addition to the many cultural curiosities of the town, there is easy access to numerous nautical activities, thanks to several fine sandy beaches in the area (swimming, sailing, windsurfing, fishing etc). Île Rousse is also the starting point for various hiking trails along the coast or into the Agriates Desert whose outer limits are few miles away from the town.

Linen is provided and includes tablecloths, tea towels, bath mats, sheets, hand towels and bath sheets. As each part of the villa is independent while at the same time being able to be used as a whole, the villa is ideal for those great get together around the pool while allowing everyone to retain some privacy. A caretaker is on hand to welcome you and ensure that your stay goes well. She can also provide various services, as for example in preparing meals, shopping, babysitting etc.. Payment for these services should be made directly to her and do not form part of the rental contract. .
