Our mountain home is beautiful, spacious, quiet, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It is designed ideally for two families with up to six kids. The layout works equally well for up to three couples. Each of the two master suites has its own bathroom and spectacular views. The large loft is a natural magnet for kids and teens, and features a 13-in-1 game table with air hockey, ping pong, foosball, miniature billiards, bowling and more. Plus, the loft sleeps up to five and has its own full bath! 'The Lodges' at Snowcreek Resort is the latest completed addition to the famous Snowcreek Resort, and our home is a truly gorgeous property in the Meadow at the base of the majestic Sherwin Mountains. At 2669 square feet, this luxury two-bedroom plus loft, three-and-a-half bath home is the very largest floor plan available at The Lodges, and is significantly more spacious than the vast majority of condos and townhouses in Mammoth. It is warm and inviting, and the layout and design ensures privacy and a sense of ease. There is even a true chef's gourmet kitchen! The beds are super-comfortable with really nice linens and down comforters. There is free, unlimited domestic long-distance phone service, and high-speed WiFi internet throughout the house. You'll have a private garage with remote control, and your own laundry room as well. There is a large entertainment center, and a beautiful jacuzzi is nearby on the grounds.
Our mountain home is ideal for both winter and summer rental. This is a location that helps connect you to the mountains. It is a very short drive to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, and a very short walk to the mountain's shuttle bus stop. We are also across the street from the Snowcreek Athletic Club and are directly adjacent to the 8th hole of the Snowcreek golf course! Our neighborhood is very quiet, exclusive, surrounded by mountain views, and has virtually no traffic. A beautiful pond (with wildflowers and waterfall in the spring and summer) and expansive play area is right outside our door. Kids make friends easily with lots of other kids, and the neighborhood is ideal for long or short walks with great views. Our interest is in catering to trustworthy families who will apppreciate and enjoy this very special property and consider it your 'home away from home'. When we are in the mountains, we like to do mountain stuff: biking, hiking, boating, skiing and snowboarding, skateboarding and photography. The Lodges at Snowcreek offers a rare combination of quiet comfort, easy access, natural beauty, proximity to the Mountain, combined with proximity to the shops and restaurants of the Town of Mammoth Lakes. It truly is a wonderful location in that skiing and Vons are each about 1.5 miles away, in different directions. And the kids just love the neighborhood! There is a very large, natural play area in the center of the homes where children naturally aggregate and make friends. Watch out for snowballs and snowforts! The Lodges has all the convenience one could possibly ask for, and yet it has the feeling of being in an area of splendor usually reserved for only the most remote mountain locations. Also, while surrounded by peaks, the neighborhood itself is flat, which makes it easy to plow after a storm, and easy to drive. The traffic is virtually non-existent, as there are only 105 homes, and the neighborhood is not a thoroughfare to somewhere else - it is truly a divine, quiet place.
This home was really designed with two families in mind: there are two equally beautiful master suites at opposite sides of the main level, so you can have real privacy -- even with another family. Even the loft, which is huge, has its own full bathroom and can sleep up to six kids. Our home is also good for up to three couples, but it is NOT designed for 8 or 10 adults. There is space here -- both inside and out. And you can keep an eye and an ear on the kids without any bother at all, whether they are all playing together in the loft, or are out making a snow fort in the large common play area outdoors, you can supervise them from the living room or the deck if you wish. The views are really spectacular in all directions; the kids can play with minimal supervision and make easy friends all over the neighborhood; beautiful walks and bike rides right out the front door; quiet, safe, a dog's paradise, and yet a very convenient location. You will so thrilled that you discovered this true mountain paradise as your private home-away!

This condo is exactly as described in the listing. It is beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of five and even extra space. It was very clean and well maintained and is adjacent to the golf course which was lovely to walk on in the mornings. Thank you David! We had a great time!
The home is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described by the owner and by the photos. The owner is extremely professional and attentive to all of my questions. He promised a zero anxiety rental and that is what was delivered. The kitchen was great, including an espresso machine which was a pleasant surprise. Although only a two bedroom it easily accommodated 2 couples and a bunch of kids. The 3rd bathroom made a big difference. The master bedroom suite was palatial and the second suite, although much smaller, boasts a stunning view of the mountains.
The small outside deck was a lovely spot for a morning cup of espresso or a glass of wine.
I highly recommend this rental for anyone wanting a base to enjoy the Mammoth Area.
It was very clean and well appointed. The location was easy to find and close to grocery, sporting goods, restaurants, etc.
We found the small Whole Foods on Old Mammoth Road to have everything we needed. The ZPizza next door is excellent and makes great Vegan pizza.
All in all, this was a great time for a great value.
We stayed in David's cabin over presidents day weekend. We had two couples, two 5 year olds and two dogs. Our experience was incredible. When you walk in the first thing you notice is the amazing hardwood floors throughout, then the huge Gourmet kitchen and spectacular high ceilings. The room arrangement with two large master suites on opposite ends of the house and the kids loft upstairs was ideal. We had some friends over for drinks, they we blown away by the size and quality of our cabin for similar price to their suite at juniper springs.
David was so helpful and detailed and made us feel right at home. We are in the process of planning our return trip.
We had a dream vacation in Mammoth, thanks to David and his beautiful house (with a bit of help from the gorgeous mountains and snow!). Everything in this house is well-thought out, laid out, meticulously maintained and really first class all the way through. Small things like laundry detergent, a posted list of answers to frequently asked questions like how to use the thermostat, and fresh milk in the refrigerator made staying at this home completely hassle-free. David himself made the transaction a pleasure and breeze and was very attentive to our needs as kosher guests and to ensure our overall comfort. His fascinating artwork provided conversation and piqued even our seven year old's attention prompting educated discussions! We are anxiously looking forward to getting back to Mammoth, on the slopes, and into this beautiful property again!
This is the 2nd time with have been to David's great Condo in Mammoth. It is terrific in every way. David takes great pride in keeping the Condo meticulous. Every room is stocked in the highest quality from towels, shampoos and soaps in the bathrooms to every kitchen utensil needed. The beds are very comfortable. The firewood is always stacked and well-stocked.
The Condo is also much larger than you might expect.
I would highly recommend this Condo to anyone that has a group of 5 people or more. It is great for 2 families (though only really sleeps 7).
We are going again in February and are looking to find a way to make it up one more time this year!

The floor plan with 2 spacious bedrooms and a roomy loft was perfect for 2 families with kids. You've also done a great job of decorating with the beautiful pictures and comfortable furnishings, modern appliances in the kitchen and the wood floors and carpets. The game table in the loft was also a big hit with the kids!! We travel to Mammoth 3-4 times a year during winter and your home is definitely one of the nicest and most comfortable places we have ever stayed in. And you made the rental transaction so easy which I really appreciate. We will definitely be back again. Thanks again for the great experience and for sharing your home with us.
