The villa momosa is set in 2500sq m of flat land all fenced with auto gates. The villa is new built with 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with all new furniture, fully air con.and heating (pay as you go meters) sleeps 10 , a large lawn, and a large paved area around the pool for sun bathing. Good pool 8 X 4 with roman steps, large car park at the rear would take 10 cars. There is a large area with 2 pagolas with chairs and tables for eating el fresco. All areas are lit for the evening. English gentleman attends to the pool and garden. Children's sand pit and slide and shaggy boat. Full size table tennis. Dart Board .free playing pool table, 8 Sun beds, outside dining for 10. Wonderful panoramic views. play area ,with swings ,slide, table tennis, free pool table.basket ball,and goal posts

5min drive to El Sexmo, plenty of bars and a very nice restaurant with barbys in the summer, 3 good supermarkets, with fresh meats, fish and veg counter, bakery with fresh bread daily; a few min drive on to Cartamar, a lot of shops, restaurants (English, Chinese, Italian, Spanish tapas and many barbies. A very good street market on a Sunday morning. 20 min drive to the coast beaches. Torremolinos & Benalmadena-Costa.

Although the villa is in a quiet location (el sexmo) 5 min drive to le sexmo nice restaurants bars and supermarket a futher 5 min drive to cartama with big supermarkets with english products ,banks night bars and discos and 2 very nice english bars serving food all daywith bingo quizes and sky with all the matches giving a true flavour of rural Spain where chilling out is of the utmost pleasure it is situated in easy reach of lakes, beutiful walks and a visit to the beaches of malaga and torremolinos where millions of pounds have been spent over the last 5 years to encourage more clients to visit and enjoy the atmosphere. Malaga city is a 15min drive and a must to visit with a splendid cathedral, culture centre, and of course being the birth place of Picasso the painter a visit to the square where he was born and visit a gallery to view his work.

entertainment: A great area to have a fun day or evening is the Mayo Centre near torremolinos with multi cinemas,27 restaurants including burger king and MacDonald's, bowling ally with 10 lanes and childrens fun area also many disco bars to buggy the night away, if you wish to try your skill join in the salsa large dancing bar Also there is a shopping mall with multicinemas at Coin, a crocodile park and aguapark is situated near torremolinos where the whole family can have grat fun.

Dear Loraine

We had a fantastic holiday in your beautiful Villa Mimosa!
It had everything we could have possibly needed. The sparkling swimming pool was a big hit! The outside eating area was well used, and we agree the views across the orchard towards the mountains are spectacular! El Sexmo village was close enough for us to walk to for provisions etc..and we found a lovely bar as well.
As you know we have also holidayed at lovely Villa Elisa and your apartments in Torremolinos and Benalmadena, so now we are really going to be spoilt for choice. As usual everything was well organised before and during our stay, thanks again Loraine, we will recommend to all!

We would recommend this villa to anyone - it was just as stated - we went with our 8 yr old twin boys and 6 yr old daughter and they loved it lots to keep them entertained and didnt want to leave .
Beautiful on the outside aswell on the inside very spacious.
Excellent customer service provided at all times.
If i did have to to say anything negitive it would just be that the 2 story property next door was undergoing some building work but this didnt spoil our holiday at all and it looks like it will be finished very shortly so dont let it put you off.

This Is A Beautiful And Fantastic Villa

i would like to take this oprtunity to thank the owners for an absolutly fantastic holiday! The villa was beautiful, own pool and georgous grounds. The pubs and bars are excellent and i would reccomend this to anyone! Saying this i am currently booking this villa for may and august next year we liked it that much! Once again thanks and anyone wanting to book/rent this villa you will be amazed!

Having just returned back from Villa Mimosa all we have to say is wow. The villa itself is excellent. It was clean, tidy and roomy. The outside area was lovely. Plenty to entertain the kids all day as well as the old kids (i.e. husband, brother and dad) who spent ages playing either pool, basketball, table tennis or table football. The only time we really left the villa was to do the food shopping. Felt very safe as the viila was well enclosed so no chance of the kids running off. John and Loraine thank you. I would have no hesitation in recommending your villa to anyone else and yes I would come and stay again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
