Photos and Description of the Nueva Nerja vacation rental

The property faces south so you get the sun all day. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, but still walking distance to Nerja's town centre and beaches - around 5/10 minutes walk to everything. It is also very private. Sleeps maximum 8. The villa is all in one floor no steps, three twin bedrooms, plus one double, one twin single has access from the master double bedroom ideal for young children. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge. Air conditioning in lounge, double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms. Spacious kitchen with separate dining area. Roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains. Two full bathrooms and a W.C. Private pool 8x4 metres 1 – 2 metres deep. CD player, parking outside the villa.

A good social life in Nerja often involves eating and drinking, and there's no better place for both! The town reputedly offers more places to eat per head of population, than anywhere else in Spain - around 400 bars and restaurants. The benefit to the consumer, apart from choice, is that standards are high and prices are reasonable. Eating places range from "cheap and cheerful" to 3 and 4 stars, from traditional Andalucian cuisine through British, Chinese, Greek, Indian, and others, and from tapas to Sunday roasts - they're all in Nerja. Caves of Nerja: A few kilometres east of Neija are the Caves of Nerja, beside the charming village of Maro. Between the shores of the Mediterranean and the wild foothills of the Sierra Almijara mountains, hundreds of thousands of visitors arrive every year to the caves, making this unique and valuable historical cavern one of Spain's most visited sites.

Lovely four bedroom villa; three twins and one double, two full bathrooms, well equiped kitchen with dining area. Spacious lounge looking out to the sunny terraces and the private pool, which is 30 foot by 12. Also all in the same level: barbeque area, and roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains. House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels. The villa is in a quiet residential area and has the benefit of Satellite TV, air conditioning in lounge, double bedroom and twin bedroom, washing machine.
