The advantages of a top floor apartment are less noise no one above you. You do not need to worry about apartment orientation you will get sun in the morning or afternoon, as long as sun shining you can enjoy sitting on a 60 sq metre roof terrace with pool, sea and mountain views, also perfect for outdoor dining. The apartment can sleep 4, plus infant. Bedroom one has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, bedroom two has 2 single beds. A travel cot is also available. There are 2 bathrooms one en-suite with bath, the other with shower.

The well-appointed lounge/diner has a large leather corner suite, dining table & chairs, English TV, is available T.V. channels: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channek 5, Sky News. Ideal if you like to keep up with the Soaps or the worldwide news. Other equipment includes DVD/VCR player, CD stereo with plenty of CD's, video's, DVD's, book's and board games for all ages even the younger ones. Also included is a Playstation 1 with games for the children to play on. Stairs in the lounge lead to the private roof top terrace, which enjoys view of the pool, sea and mountains. Either shade or sun can be found most times of the day on the roof terrace. Patio furniture, gas BBQ and sunloungers are provided. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a large terrace that overlooks the pool and gardens. The kitchen is a good size and well appointed with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The utility room has a washer dryer, iron and ironing board.
